No charges were filed against a 39-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence in a truck that crashed into two vehicles in Winchester, resulting in the death of two people. The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident.

Delwyn Dewion Randle, a resident of Westminster, was arrested after the collision on Wednesday morning. He was driving on Domenigoni Parkway at Leon Road when the accident occurred. Randle has been booked into the Smith Correctional Facility on suspicion of DUI causing death, and he is being held on $100,000 bail.
