After its successful European launch earlier this year, Trevor, the electric motorcycle manufacturer based in Belgium, has announced that its DTRe Stella hand-built off-road flat tracker is now available for riders in the United States.
The DTRe Stella is an electric off-roader inspired by flat-track racing. It boasts a minimalist design with a chromoly trellis frame and a CNC-machined alloy swingarm. The motorcycle has a seat height of 35.8 inches (91 cm) and weighs 183 lb (83 kg).
Powering the bike is an 8-kW air-cooled brushless 3-phase DC motor, which can reach a peak of 11 kW with a direct chain drive. The single-speed transmission delivers 47.5 Nm (35 lb.ft) at the crank and 317 Nm (234 lb.ft) at the rear wheel. The top speed of the US model is 56 mph (90 km/h).
Underneath the “fuel tank” lies a 2.7-kWh Li-ion battery that provides up to 54 miles (87 km) of off-road riding per charge according to WMTC standards. The battery can be recharged in approximately one hour using a 3-kW charger. The motorcycle’s dash, located behind the Domino Racing aluminum handlebar, displays essential information such as speed and remaining battery.

Sarolea Performance Technology provides front and rear suspension to absorb rough terrain. The e-moto is equipped with 19-inch Hahn wheels fitted with chunky Mitas H-18 tires. Beringer brake calipers are responsible for slowing down and stopping the motorcycle.
