Exciting Finish to the College Football Regular Season!
Believe it or not, the 2023 college football regular season is quickly coming to a close, with just two weeks left to go. Conference title games are heating up as we head towards the end of the season. After Week 11, here’s where the race for each conference championship stands.
American Conference
Contenders: Tulane, SMU, UTSA, Memphis
The AAC could see two undefeated teams in the conference title game. Both Tulane and SMU are currently 6-0 and don’t have a game against each other. UTSA is also 6-0 after defeating Rice. Memphis is close behind at 5-1. The winner of the upcoming game between Memphis and SMU is likely to meet the winner of Tulane vs. UTSA in the title game.
ACC
Florida State vs. Louisville or North Carolina
The undefeated Seminoles are finished with their conference schedule while Louisville and North Carolina are still in the running for the title game. Louisville needs to win their upcoming game against Miami while North Carolina could sneak into the title game with wins over Clemson and NC State.
Big 12
Contenders: Texas, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Oklahoma
Texas is ahead in the conference, but Oklahoma State’s loss to UCF has made the race more interesting. Oklahoma State has tough games against Houston and BYU in the coming weeks.
Big Ten
Ohio State or Michigan vs. Iowa
Michigan and Ohio State are vying for the East title, while Iowa is leading in the West. The outcome of the games in the coming weeks could determine the final matchups for the conference title game.
Conference USA
New Mexico State at Liberty
New Mexico State will play against undefeated Liberty in the Conference USA title game after clinching their spot with a win over Western Kentucky.
MAC
Toledo vs. Miami (Ohio) or Ohio or Bowling Green
Toledo has already won the West Division, and Miami (Ohio) is leading the East, with Ohio and Bowling Green closely behind.
Mountain West
Contenders: Air Force, UNLV, Fresno State, Boise State, San Jose State
