Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour concert film is set to stream on Dec. 13, coinciding with the superstar’s birthday, and will feature an additional three songs not seen in its original cinema release.
Unveiled on social media, Swift announced that the extra songs are “Wildest Dreams,” “The Archer,” and “Long Live.”
In a tweet, Swift expressed her excitement, stating, “Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home! Very happy to be able to tell you that the extended version of the film, including ‘Wildest Dreams,’ ‘The Archer,’ and ‘Long Live,’ will be available to rent on demand in the US, Canada & additional countries to be announced soon starting on … you guessed it, December 13.”
The concert film has achieved significant success in theaters, with box office grosses surpassing $232 million globally, according to AMC CEO Adam Aron’s statement.
Swift’s announcement came as a surprise to fans who eagerly await her next big reveal concerning the release date for her new “Taylor’s Version” album re-recording, this time for the Reputation album. As of now, there is no word on that project.
