Jonathan Majors, best known for his roles in Marvel movies, has filed a complaint with the NYPD against his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, accusing her of domestic violence. The complaint includes an affidavit in which Majors states that Jabbari attacked him on the night of March 25 during a dispute in Chinatown. Majors denies the allegations made against him by Jabbari, who claims he broke her finger, twisted her arm, and hit her ear, causing bleeding. A trial date has been set for August 3 in Jabbari’s case against Majors.

However, on June 21, the day after his last court appearance, Majors visited the Chinatown precinct and provided his account of the incident. He alleged that a drunk and hysterical Jabbari scratched, slapped, and grabbed his face, causing him pain and bleeding. The report and affidavit, obtained by Insider, detail Majors’ version of events. Another NYPD precinct is also investigating Majors’ counter-claims against Jabbari.

Both precincts found probable cause to arrest Jabbari, issuing an “I-Card” directing police to take her into custody. However, the district attorney’s office, responsible for prosecuting Majors, decided to de-activate the “I-Card,” putting the arrest on hold.

The district attorney’s office has been reluctant to investigate or charge Jabbari, despite supporting evidence such as surveillance footage and photos of Majors’ injuries. Majors’ defense attorney confirmed the issuance and deactivation of an “I-Card.” The district attorney’s office and the NYPD did not provide immediate comments, and attempts to reach Jabbari were unsuccessful.

Jabbari and Majors both worked on the set of “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” Majors is currently dating actress Meagan Good, who accompanied him to his recent court appearance. Prior incidents of alleged attacks by Jabbari are mentioned in Majors’ report to the police.
