Kim Kardashian’s dad, Robert Kardashian was smitten with 70s-era girlfriend Priscilla Presley to the point of wanting to get married. He was “very happy” with her, said author Jerry Oppenheimer to Page Six. He also revealed that Robert was eager to marry and have children with Priscilla, sharing details from a close friend of both, Joni Migdal.
The new information about their relationship comes following Priscilla’s claim that Elvis did not want her to remarry after they divorced in 1973. Priscilla was previously romantically involved with Robert before marrying Kris Jenner in 1978. They had four children – Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and Rob.
Despite Robert’s plans to marry Priscilla and have children with her, their relationship soured when Priscilla told Robert that she wouldn’t marry again until Elvis died, which he did in 1977. Priscilla later elaborated on why she never married again, stating that no one could ever compare to Elvis.
