Another Droughtlander has arrived, but there’s some good news for fans of the Starz drama “Outlander.” The second part of season seven is set to return in 2024, providing light at the end of the tunnel.
This season, consisting of 16 episodes, is the show’s longest since its first season. With the first eight episodes already aired, viewers will have to wait until 2024 for the second half.
In the midseason finale, Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitríona Balfe) made their way back to Scotland after unexpected events during the second battle of Saratoga. Meanwhile, Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) faced the distressing news that their son had been kidnapped, potentially through the mysterious Craigh na Dun stones.
Stay tuned for more information on which cast members will appear in the remaining episodes and the episodes’ source material from the Diana Gabaldon books.
