In the days leading up to the highly anticipated release of the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 6, rumors are swirling about new leaks that may have originated from the son of a Rockstar employee.
According to Eurogamer, the leaks have surfaced on TikTok and purportedly reveal a few seconds of GTA 6. GTABase.com, a respected source for Rockstar games news, has stated that, “in a very unexpected turn of events, it seems the ‘leaked’ footage has come from the son of a Rockstar Games employee.”
The account went on to express that there is no confirmation of Rockstar removing the video, but the “evidence suggesting the video’s origin from someone linked to the employee in question is quite compelling.”

Finally, GTABase.com mentioned that it is “plausible that the photo being used as proof is not of the employee’s son, or that the source of this leak is an imposter posing as such.”
Regardless, it may be wise to mute keywords like Grand Theft Auto 6 and GTA 6 on social media and exercise caution online, as there is an increased risk of encountering potential spoilers surfacing online.
