MW3 has faced criticism from players for issues like “downgraded visuals” and the absence of a classic Prestige System. However, it is the Armory System that continues to be a major point of contention.
In the game, once players reach level 25, they can unlock in-game equipment through daily challenges. However, this process can be quite cumbersome, as players have to complete a set of challenges to unlock certain weapons and attachments, instead of the traditional leveling-up method.

As days go by since the game’s launch, players have transitioned from criticizing the Armory System to urging the developers to completely remove it.
Following scathing remarks against MW3’s Armory System, players are now pleading for its removal, with many sharing their feedback on the game’s Reddit thread.

TheBigDawg96 shared their feedback on the game’s Reddit thread, expressing frustration with the Armory System’s challenges, particularly the requirement to win matches, which becomes difficult due to SBMM (skill-based matchmaking).
Despite the dissatisfaction, players have shared tips and tricks to navigate the system. One user suggested that achieving a top 3 placement in the free-for-all mode counts as a win.
Additionally, some players have discovered that playing the Zombies mode can expedite the Armory System’s unlocks, as the mode offers easier contracts compared to the challenges in regular matches.

As the game is still new, it remains to be seen if Sledgehammer Games will address these concerns. In the meantime, players can refer to the shared solutions to alleviate the stress caused by MW3’s Armory System.
