Miley Cyrus reminisces about her demanding work schedule during her early teens when she starred in the Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana.”

In her recent TikTok videos, inspired by her reflective new single, “Used To Be Young,” the 30-year-old singer explores her past and career evolution, touching on various topics such as her decision to stop touring since 2014 and her relationship with her father, country star Billy Ray Cyrus.

In her latest TikTok video, shared on Tuesday, Cyrus walks her followers through a typical day she experienced as a child star.

Playing Miley Stewart, a girl from Malibu leading a double life as a normal teenager and a famous pop star, Cyrus found herself with little time for typical teenage activities due to the extensive press and promotional work she had to do for the show.

Reading from a tablet, Cyrus shares her old schedule from when she was around 12 or 13, which started at 5:30 a.m.

The day began with hair and makeup in her hotel, followed by a news appearance at 7 a.m.

Afterwards, Cyrus had three live interviews at 7:45 a.m., 8:15 a.m., and 8:45 a.m., as well as a 90-minute meeting with editors, all before returning to the hotel by noon.

There was no break for lunch as Cyrus had to do an interview with fifth-grade students.

After that, she had a lunch interview with her dad before heading to a photo shoot for Life magazine.

This was followed by another photo shoot and interview with her father for an unnamed publication’s Father’s Day issue.

To wrap up her exhausting 12-hour day, Cyrus had a kids online interview at 6 p.m., followed by another interview at 6:15 p.m.

The next day would start at 7 a.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. when she flew home in order to work on “Hannah Montana” on a Saturday. Then, she would be back at work on Monday morning.

Reflecting on her younger self’s intense work schedule, Cyrus declares, “I’m a lot of things, but lazy ain’t one of them.”

Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, chimes in to acknowledge, “That truly was the next four years of your life.”

Cyrus concludes, “So, I do think this girl deserves a little endless summer vacation.”
