They claim that Lindell has stopped paying his legal bills, leaving them owed millions. Two law firms, Parker Daniels Kibort based in Minnesota and Lewin and Lewin from Washington, have informed federal judges about the situation. They have expressed their inability to continue representing him due to the financial strain caused by Lindell’s outstanding legal fees, as reported by Politico. Parker Daniels Kibort is handling Lindell’s defense in three defamation cases related to his claims of voting machine manipulation leading to the overturning of the 2020 presidential election, according to NBC News.
“Lindell tells Politico I depended on these courageous lawyers who agreed to take up my case when no one else would. However, for the past two months, I have been unable to pay them. When they approached me about this issue, I had to admit that I didn’t have the funds to continue. My line of credit with American Express has recently been cut off, and all my available funds must be directed towards paying my employees’ salaries. I attribute my inability to secure further credit to being ‘canceled’ in the media. The extensive legal battles have drained our financial resources and it seems that was their intention all along.
