The plaintiff alleges that Lady Gaga never intended to pay the reward, but Lady Gaga’s attorneys argue that McBride performed her obligation under the reward contract and is attempting to profit from a crime. A hearing on Lady Gaga’s dismissal motion is scheduled for July 10.
