Four women in the car were also arrested on suspicion of child endangerment. The incident escalated when a deputy attempted to separate one woman from her child, leading to the use of force and subsequent punches.
The video captured the emotional scene as one woman’s child was forcefully taken from her, while another woman clung tightly to her 3-week-old baby. Despite deputies’ attempts to convince her otherwise, the mother adamantly refused to let go of her child, stating that they would have to “shoot her dead” before taking her baby.
