After an article by People claimed that the reality TV couple had separated, Richards, 53, and Umansky, 54, released a joint statement on their Instagram accounts to set the record straight.
While acknowledging the challenges their marriage has faced in the past year, the couple stated that any rumors of divorce are false.
“In reference to today’s news… Any allegations of our divorce are unequivocally untrue,” both Richards’ and Umansky’s Instagram posts stated.
“However, we cannot deny that we have faced significant challenges this past year. Nonetheless, we maintain a deep love and respect for each other, and no one is at fault,” they elaborated.
“Although we understand the public interest, we kindly request privacy as we work through our issues. We urge against creating false narratives for the sake of sensationalism,” the statement emphasized.
“Thank you for your love and support. Kyle & Mauricio,” they concluded.

The couple, who first appeared on “RHOBH” in 2010, have consistently denied rumors about their marriage throughout the past decade.
According to Deadline, their relationship will likely be featured as a storyline in the upcoming 13th season of the Bravo show, set to air later this year.
Richards and Umansky tied the knot in 1996, two years after meeting at a nightclub in 1994. They share three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
Additionally, Richards has a daughter named Farrah Brittany, 34, from a previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
