Travis Barker, Kardashian’s husband, took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared his gratitude for the successful surgery. He thanked everyone for their support and announced that Blink-182’s tour would resume soon.
Fetal surgery is a complex procedure performed on a fetus in the womb to address life-threatening abnormalities or birth defects, as explained by the National Library of Medicine.
The procedure carries risks, including the possibility of fetal death, complications, early labor, and failure to treat the birth defect.

Kardashian’s update follows the announcement that Blink-182 had to postpone their European tour due to an urgent family matter involving Barker.
The band, comprised of Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge, explained on their Instagram that Barker had to return to the United States for a family emergency.
Kardashian and Barker revealed in June that they were expecting their first child together. During a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles, Kardashian surprised Barker by holding up a sign announcing her pregnancy.
Kardashian is already a mother of three from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, while Barker has children from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler.
