Goldie Hawn, the Oscar-winning actress, claims to have personally encountered aliens, making her a believer in extraterrestrial life. Hawn disclosed this experience during an episode of Apple Fitness+’s Time to Walk podcast. The podcast features influential individuals like Hawn, Dolly Parton, and Shawn Mendes, sharing personal stories, photos, and music to inspire Apple Watch users to engage in more walking exercises.
According to Hawn, her otherworldly encounter took place when she was 20 years old, sleeping in a friend’s car in the California desert after a night of dancing. During her sleep, Hawn was awakened by a mysterious high-pitched sound. At the time, there were numerous UFO sightings and stories circulating in the area.
Curiosity compelled Hawn to look out the car window, where she spotted two or three triangular-shaped heads. The creatures appeared silver in color and had a distinct “slash for a mouth.” They also lacked ears and had small noses. Hawn expressed how they pointed at her, seemingly discussing her as if she were a subject. She described the experience as both mesmerizing and unsettling, admitting uncertainty as to whether it was real or not.
After a while, Hawn managed to snap out of her trance-like state. Overwhelmed by the encounter, she shared her experience with an astrophysicist at the University of Champaign, Illinois. Hawn revealed how the encounter unlocked memories of the beings touching her face, invoking a feeling reminiscent of being touched by a higher power.
Interestingly, Hawn’s partner, Kurt Russell, also has a connection to alien encounters. In 2017, he revealed to the BBC that he was the pilot who reported a mass UFO sighting over Phoenix in 1997, referred to as the Phoenix Lights UFO sighting.
While Hawn’s encounter may sound extraordinary, she is not the only celebrity to open up about alien experiences. Demi Lovato shared images on Instagram of unidentified flying objects above Joshua Tree and expressed her belief in the existence of extraterrestrial life. In 2013, Russell Crowe also added to the list of celebrities sharing encounters with UFOs. He posted a time-lapse video on Youtube capturing two glowing red-and-yellow objects moving through the sky in Sydney. Crowe questioned his followers on Twitter, asking if they believed it was a UFO.
Tiffany Haddish, another celebrity, jokingly confessed her belief in aliens, suggesting that they could be mating with humans and influencing the height of some individuals.
