This transformative change in Bündchen’s life allowed her to find peace and stability. She now wakes up at 5 a.m., appreciating the sunrise and its positive impact on her well-being.

In addition to her personal journey, Bündchen’s interview shed light on her divorce from Tom Brady, her husband of 13 years. While the split was not what she had envisioned, she emphasized that she wouldn’t change a thing. She expressed gratitude for the time they spent together and the two children they share.
