A couple deeply in love recently shared their unique love story, getting engaged just five days after meeting and now having a one-year-old daughter together. Jenny Koos, 36, and Lovemark Boadu, 44, from Malmö, Sweden, first crossed paths at a party on July 9, 2021, arranged by their mutual DJ friend. From the start, they were immediately drawn to each other, engaging in conversations that quickly turned to talk of building a family. Only five days later, the couple, each having children from previous marriages, stumbled upon some rings in Jenny’s drawer and spontaneously decided to make their engagement official. And just one week after that, they embarked on their journey to conceive a child, ultimately giving birth to their daughter in June 2022 after enduring two painful miscarriages.

Jenny, an expert on fertility awareness, described their first meeting: “His face was the first face I saw. I was just drawn to him. We talked, we danced, and nothing else mattered. We blended our families within weeks of meeting.”
Lovemark, a teacher, shared similar sentiments: “I felt the same way she felt. It was an instant connection. I knew she was the one.”

Both Jenny and Lovemark had been divorced and had a total of four children from their previous marriages, with ages ranging from six to thirteen. At the time they met, they were both focused on personal growth and were not looking for anything complicated. However, their connection was undeniable from the moment they laid eyes on each other.
Jenny recalled the circumstances of their meeting: “Our friend told me to come to this party where Lovemark was DJing. He said, ‘Jenny will be there, and you guys will hit it off.’ He thought we would like each other, but he didn’t expect us to connect on such a deep level. He probably didn’t expect me to call the next day and say, ‘We’re getting married!'”
During their first night together, the couple dove into discussing every aspect of their lives, from past relationships to financial situations. Jenny revealed, “After having all those important conversations, I simply told him, ‘I’m going to have your child,’ and he replied, ‘Yes, you will.’ This is a lifelong commitment. That was it.”
