Sanders expressed his excitement, commenting, “I just want to see how y’all look in them. You look good. You look fly.”
Norvell’s comment about Sanders has only added fuel to the already intense rivalry between the two teams. In Sanders’ first year as head coach, the Buffaloes have had a strong start, defeating TCU on the road and Nebraska in their first home game. Currently ranked No. 18 in the nation, Sanders’ team is expected to dominate their matchup against Colorado State this Saturday.
