A ski lodge located in the heart of the Savoie region is bringing a touch of glamour to a small resort village. Les Arcs was chosen as the location for the lodge due to its stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Alps. During the December film festival, films are shown at various altitudes and guests are shuttled between the different resorts of Les Arcs. The lodge, known as Bear Lodge or Bear Resort, features a private cinema, spa, swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, kids’ room, and ski rental store. The property has 30 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests. Bear Lodge offers a modern twist on the traditional chalet holiday, with chalet staff preparing meals and offering canapes and champagne on the first and last night of guests’ stay. The lodge is situated on the slopes of the Baptiste Giabiconi piste, allowing guests to easily access the ski area. Children’s ski classes are also available, with a maximum of six children per class. The Paradiski region, which includes Les Arcs, offers excellent skiing and is the second largest ski region in the world. Arc 1950 is a car-free village and offers a range of family-friendly activities and entertainment. Guests at Bear Lodge can enjoy skiing straight back to their doorstep at the end of the day. The village also offers a variety of dining and nightlife options. The lodge is opening on December 16, coinciding with the resort’s opening and the start of the annual film festival. Prices for the lodge start at €1,414 per person for seven nights, including transfers and catered accommodation.
