The legal grounds for the divorce are stated as “irreconcilable differences,” and it has been revealed that they had a postnuptial agreement in place, which ensures that each party will retain their individual assets.
Chris and Lukas first crossed paths five years ago at a party, but their relationship took a romantic turn following a direct message from Chris to Lukas last winter. Describing their connection as having a “childlike kind of innocence,” Chris spoke highly of Lukas, referring to him as “a great stepdad” to Chris’s children, aged 20 and 18.
