When comparing men and women in similar occupations and with similar educational backgrounds, the gender pay gap shrinks to around 3 to 5 cents on the dollar. While workplace sexism does exist, it is not as drastic as often portrayed by progressives.
Therefore, either the White House is engaged in rampant sexism and discrimination against its female employees, or Biden’s own employment practices contradict his narrative about the gender pay gap. It is more likely the latter, especially considering the administration’s emphasis on identity politics and promoting women. However, it is important to hold Biden accountable for his actions. Progressive politicians and liberal elites often fail to adhere to the standards they advocate for others, whether it is disregarding COVID-19 restrictions or neglecting their own principles. It is time for the public to see through the hypocrisy and demand consistency and fairness from our leaders.
