Kevin Morris, an attorney and adviser for Hunter Biden, was captured in a striking incident on Thursday as he was seen smoking a bong on the balcony of his luxurious Malibu home while Hunter Biden was present. The photos obtained by Fox News Digital clearly show Morris indulging in smoking the white bong in full view of the public street. Although it remains uncertain what substance Morris was using, it’s worth noting that recreational marijuana is legal in California.
This eyebrow-raising event occurred during Hunter’s visit to Morris’ house, a development that was initially reported by the Daily Mail. This news comes at a crucial juncture as the House Oversight Committee intensifies its probe into the Biden family’s financial affairs. The release of an FBI document on Thursday shed light on alleged coercion tactics employed by Hunter and President Biden in pressuring the Burisma CEO, Mykola Zlochevsky, to pay them substantial sums in exchange for assistance in ousting the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company.
It is important to mention that Morris, a prominent figure in Hollywood, has assumed a significant role in Hunter’s life, earning him the moniker of Hunter’s “sugar brother.” Morris’ involvement spans various aspects, from providing financial support to assisting in book writing and even lending out his private jet. In fact, Hunter flew aboard Morris’ opulent private jet for his child-support hearing in Arkansas, according to flight and business records cited by the New York Post. The cost of this approximately 7,326-mile round trip is estimated between $55,000 to $117,000, equating to half a year’s worth of Hunter’s child-support payments.
Aside from the child-support hearing, Morris’ plane has made multiple trips to Fayetteville, Arkansas, as revealed by flight records obtained by the Post. Fayetteville is the location of Biden’s financial adviser, Edward Prewitt. These records shed light on Morris’ extensive involvement in Hunter’s affairs, including covering his rent and living expenses.
Furthermore, Morris seems to have significant control over Hunter’s valuable assets. Records indicate that Morris controls Skaneateles LLC, which holds Biden’s 10% stake in the Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners. Notably, BHR is co-owned by the Bank of China and manages a whopping $2.1 billion in assets. Biden initially invested $420,000 in BHR through Skaneateles LLC, a stake that subsequently surged to an estimated $894,000.
Morris’ influence also extends to the creative realm, as he played a crucial role in completing Hunter’s memoir, “Beautiful Things.” This memoir documents Hunter’s battles with drug and alcohol addiction. Additionally, Morris is involved in a documentary project that aims to build upon the memoir’s narrative of redemption while portraying Hunter as the target of conservative and Republican attacks.
In a controversial turn of events, the attorney allegedly deceived his way onto the film set of “My Son Hunter,” an independent film that presents a fictionalized account of Biden’s drug use and foreign business dealings. Morris and his colleagues gained access to the set in Serbia, where they filmed hours of footage for a supposed documentary without disclosing their relationship to Hunter.
When news broke about Morris’ connection to Hunter, Phelim McAleer, a producer of the film, expressed disappointment and labeled the attorney’s behavior as unethical.
It is important to note that Kevin Morris did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment at the time of this report.
