When you find that magic workplace where everyone gets along it can sometimes be easy to forget that you’re even at work.
The majority of UK colleagues actually find that happiness in the workplace – and among their colleagues – is a more important factor for them than their salary.
Could those relationships be put into make or break scenarios by the alignment of the planets and stars?

A survey by online business card printing specialists instantprint sought to find the most desirable traits among UK colleagues.
The top six were:
- Patience (46% of people chose this)
- Good communication (45%)
- Good at problem-solving (43%)
- Organised (35%)
- Creativity (35%)
- Enthusiastic (35%)
The survey also sought to find out which traits UK workers disliked the most among their colleagues.
The top six were:
- Doesn’t listen to others (34%)
- Dominates others (32%)
- Domineering (28%)
- Inflexible (27%)
- Lacks follow-through (26%)
- Stubborn (26%)
Which signs come out on top?
Each star sign has several personality traits linked to it, so let’s have a look at which ones are linked to the top six traits that UK employees favour in the workplace.

As you can see, many signs feature in both categories, which means that a combination of signs is likely to make for the most harmonious workplace as the traits of each balance each other out.
Which signs work well together (and which don’t)
Now that we know which star signs rank highest for the traits that UK workers focus on the most, how compatible are they with each other?
“Certain signs resonate with different traits,” Astrologer Bex Milford told instantprint.
“It’s natural that some will find themselves more compatible in a working environment with others. Of course, it depends what industry they’re working with – in a big corporation, Capricorn and Aries will be strident leaders, although may struggle with the more ‘go with the flow’, creative nature of Pisces or the fixed (and sometimes stubborn) mentality of Taurus.
“As with all of these things, having a supportive mix assigned to different roles is the key – Virgos will love to plan, Leos will love to present, and Sagittarius will stride ahead with boundless enthusiasm.”
