Sexual Harassment and Illegal NDA Allegations Against Former Trump Golf Club Supervisor

A previous server at Donald Trump’s New Jersey golf club alleges that an attorney for Trump tricked her into signing an unauthorized non-disclosure agreement and settling a sexual harassment claim against her boss for a minimal amount. The lawsuit was filed in New Jersey’s Middlesex Superior Court, where Alice Bianco claims that attorney Alina Habba acted unethically by misleading her into signing the NDA and portraying herself as a friend and neutral advocate. Bianco also mentioned that Trump’s organization did not respond to the allegations against her in the lawsuit.

Bianco alleges that her problems at work began soon after she started working at the club when she was 21 years old in May 2021. She claims that her boss harassed her, coerced her into sex, and retaliated against her after she refused his advances in July of that year. Bianco hired an attorney after being contacted by HR, at which point Habba, a member at the club, offered to help her. Habba asked Bianco who her lawyer was and sent a negative post about the attorney which soured their relationship, then pressured Bianco to sign a non-disclosure agreement and accept a settlement from the club.

The non-disclosure agreement was deemed to be illegal under New Jersey law, and Bianco is seeking to have the settlement agreement nullified. Bianco’s lawyer, Nancy Erika Smith, accused Habba of acting unethically and using the silencing of her client to gain access to Trump’s inner circle. Not only is Habba representing Trump in his civil fraud trial in New York City, she is also involved in a defamation case brought by writer E. Jean Carroll.
