The December lineup for PlayStation Plus Monthly Games has been unveiled, bringing the year to a close on a high note.
Leading the pack is the “Squirt ’em up” PowerWash Simulator, which originally debuted on Game Pass last year. This game allows players to powerwash vehicles, houses, parks, and more, either alone or in co-op mode. It offers a particularly relaxing experience and comes with complimentary Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy 7 DLC packs, with paid extras available for the SpongeBob Squarepants and Back to the Future DLCs.
Also included in the lineup is Sable, an intriguing adventure game featuring a distinct line-drawn art style and music from Japanese Breakfast. Described as a “mesmerizing game of exploration” in Eurogamer’s Sable review, this game is sure to captivate players with its unique style.
Completing the trio is Lego 2K Drive, an open world Lego driving game set in Bricklandia. Although it received a warm reception upon its release earlier this year, Eurogamer’s Lego 2K Drive review notes that it is “scuffed by baggage and busywork.”
All three games will be available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers from December 5th to January 1st. For additional information, visit the
PlayStation Blog.
This marks the final opportunity to download November’s Monthly Games, including Mafia 2: Definitive Edition, Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and Aliens Fireteam Elite.
Additionally, PlayStation offers a
Spotify playlist that is refreshed monthly with tracks inspired by the Monthly Games. The latest playlist features songs from Japanese Breakfast’s Sable soundtrack and Roxette’s Joyride, creating a diverse and vibrant listening experience.
