Introducing New Blue Ballpoints: Fisher Space Pen announces an exciting collaboration with Blue Origin, becoming the official pen provider for the company’s upcoming crewed launches. Fisher’s Vice President, Matt Fisher, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the timeless innovation of their astronaut space pen.
Blue Origin, founded by Jeff Bezos, is dedicated to building “a road to space for the benefit of Earth.” The company is developing reusable rocket engines, vehicles, lunar landers, and a commercial space station in partnership with Sierra Space.
To honor the collaboration, Fisher is releasing custom-designed space pens featuring Blue Origin’s feather logo symbolizing flight hardware perfection. The original AG7 model has been updated with a sleek black titanium nitride finish and laser-engraved Blue Origin icons.
Additionally, the Blue Moon Bullet Space Pen in blue translucent finish and the matte black Bullet with a gold-emblazoned Blue Origin feather are also now available. Prices range from $39 to $125 and can be ordered through Fisher Space Pen’s website.
Fisher is also partnering with Blue Origin’s Club for the Future to inspire future generations to pursue STEM fields. The collaboration marks another significant milestone for Fisher Space Pen, as it has been the choice writing instrument for space travelers for over five decades, with agreements with NASA, Virgin Galactic, and Axiom Space.
