The house on Arran Road has a rich history, previously serving as a home for the Sisters of The Holy Family of Bordeaux. It was then sold to a couple who renovated and extended it before Patten purchased it. The property boasts a Victorian-style hallway with tiled floors leading to a front reception room with a bay window offering ample natural light. The original features, such as the traditional floorboards, coving, and ceiling rose, add character to the space. The house also features a second reception room, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room with a glass wall and sliding doors to the garden, a utility room, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a stylishly redesigned bathroom. Patten, who has four major projects lined up, is now working closely with her agent, DNG, to attract potential buyers with a listing price of €895,000.
