As the global 1% continue to acquire luxury properties in New York, having a private restaurant has become one of the most sought-after perks. Now, One Wall Street introduces its own downtown private dining experience with the One Club restaurant.
Headed by renowned Chef Alejandro Cortez, formerly the executive chef at the Guggenheim, the One Club restaurant is located on the 39th floor of the stunning 56-story tower. The restaurant is part of a 100,000-square-foot amenity space, offering residents and their guests a unique culinary experience.
Chef Cortez’s menu is inspired by the coastal regions of France and Italy, with a focus on seasonal Mediterranean flavors. From special event options to tastings, the restaurant offers a wide range of dining experiences. Monthly themed, reservation-only three-course dinners are also available for those looking for a truly exclusive dining experience.
In addition to its exceptional food, the One Club restaurant also hosts wine tastings and bartender-style workshop classes. Unlike other private clubs, there is no monthly minimum for food spending, ensuring that residents are not faced with unexpected charges.
The restaurant features 24 seats, eight bar seats, a private dining room for 16, and a lounge with club seating for 24 people. For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, there is a beautiful 4,500-square-foot landscaped terrace with breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty.
As an added bonus, the building offers a signature cocktail called the Barcelona Gin & Tonic, as well as Italian coffees. Morning visitors can enjoy complimentary coffee at the sixth-floor co-working space.
Please note that the One Club restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday, noon to 9 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Breakfast and weekend brunch service are not available.
Residents have already started moving into One Wall Street this year. Available condos range from $1.1 million for a studio to $9.7 million for a three-bedroom. Pricing for the penthouses has not yet been revealed.
