According to records, the house was purchased by Raww Investments LLC, a limited liability company reportedly linked to Tyga, for $3.9 million in September 2020. The confirmation of Tyga’s connection to the property was made by a colleague of Jenell VanDenBos, the Coldwell Banker Realty agent who handled both sides of the transaction. This confirmation was shared via a social media post celebrating the successful sale.
