Chris Weidman showcased incredible strength and determination as he completed his fight against Brad Tavares at UFC 292 in Boston, Massachusetts. It is especially remarkable considering the severe leg injury he suffered in 2021 against Uriah Hall.
However, Tavares executed a brilliant game plan and dominated Weidman throughout the match. All three judges scored the fight 30-27 in favor of Tavares, who had his own motivation to fight hard.
