MrBeast Files Lawsuit Against Fast Food Chain for Serving ‘Inedible’ Burgers | YouTube

The renowned YouTuber, Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast, has taken legal actions against the company responsible for his fast food chain, MrBeast Burger, due to the production of “inedible” food. The lawsuit, which was filed on Monday, alleges that the company has caused irreparable damage to his reputation. Donaldson is seeking the court’s permission to terminate the partnership, claiming that the company is serving subpar products.

In response, lawyers representing Virtual Dining Concepts have refuted Donaldson’s claims, stating that his legal assertions are filled with false information and inaccuracies.

Donaldson, who is currently the most prominent individual YouTuber worldwide with over 171 million subscribers, joined forces with Virtual Dining Concepts in 2020 to launch MrBeast Burger. The chain operates from “ghost kitchens,” which are dedicated to preparing orders exclusively for food delivery services.

MrBeast Burger operates from 40 locations in the UK and 1,700 locations in the US.

Concerned fans of MrBeast have shared images on Twitter of undercooked meat in their burgers. The lawsuit also includes customer reviews referring to their meals as “a terrible meme burger,” “disgusting,” and “revolting.”

In June, Donaldson expressed his disappointment in the quality of MrBeast Burger. He explained on Twitter, “Yeah, the problem with Beast Burger is I can’t guarantee the quality of the order. When working with other restaurants, it’s impossible to control it sadly.”

According to the lawsuit, “Virtual Dining Concepts was more focused on rapidly expanding the business and promoting the virtual restaurant model to other celebrities, rather than ensuring the quality of the MrBeast Burger customer experience and products.”

In response to the lawsuit, lawyers representing Virtual Dining Concepts dismissed the claims as “riddled with false statements and inaccuracies.” They accused Donaldson of filing a meritless lawsuit after Virtual Dining Concepts refused to bow down to his bullying tactics.

During the launch of Donaldson’s first physical burger restaurant in September, thousands of fans flocked to a New Jersey mall to show their support.

In addition to his YouTube success, Donaldson launched the “Beast Philanthropy” channel in 2021, which currently boasts over 10 million subscribers. On this channel, he carries out generous acts such as large cash giveaways and charitable endeavors like rebuilding homes for tornado survivors and performing random acts of kindness.
