The McCallum Theatre recently announced two exciting additions to their fall lineup.
Demetri Martin, the talented standup comedian, writer, and director, is scheduled to perform on October 14th. Additionally, “Coco in Concert,” a Disney Pixar film, will be showcased with live musical accompaniment on November 14th, as confirmed by Jeffrey Norman, spokesperson for the theater.
“We are thrilled to include these two new performances in what is already shaping up to be an outstanding season,” stated Mitch Gershenfeld, the President, CEO, and Artistic Director of McCallum Theatre.
“Both of these shows have a wide appeal, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming their fans to the McCallum,” added Gershenfeld.
With three stand-up albums, four hour-long comedy specials, a television series on Comedy Central, and two New York Times bestsellers under his belt, Demetri Martin has established himself as a multi-talented entertainer. He has also received accolades for his one-man show “If I” at the International Fringe Festival and for “Dr. Earnest Parrot Presents Demetri Martin” at the International Comedy Festival.
“Coco in Concert” will offer a unique experience, combining a screening of the film with a live performance of the Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer Michael Giacchino’s musical score by the 20-member Orquesta Folclorico Nacional De Mexico, according to theater officials.
Tickets for these newly added shows will start at $35 and can be purchased at mccallumtheatre.org beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday. For more information, visit mccallumtheatre.com.
