Greta Gerwig’s Overwhelming Anxiety about Upcoming ‘Narnia’ Films

Greta Gerwig has expressed her fear and excitement for her upcoming film adaptations of C.S. Lewis’ beloved series “The Chronicles of Narnia.”

The director of “Barbie” is set to write and direct at least two Netflix films based on the iconic fantasy novels.

In a recent interview on the Inside Total Film podcast, Gerwig admitted that she is still trying to wrap her head around the project.

However, she believes that being scared is a positive sign and is excited about the extraordinary opportunity.

Aside from “Narnia,” Gerwig has also co-written Disney’s live action “Snow White” movie, starring Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot.

Gerwig expressed her desire to work on a variety of films throughout her career, aiming to create both big and small projects.

In regards to her potential involvement in a “James Bond” film, Gerwig mentioned that she is currently focused on other projects but expressed admiration for “James Bond” producer Barbara Broccoli.
