It’s worth noting that the use of “the Big Guy” in the document is believed to be a reference to Biden himself. The Burisma executive allegedly told the confidential source that he did not directly pay the President. The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed the FBI for the FD-1023 document, and after some back-and-forth, the bureau allowed committee members to view it in a secure setting on Capitol Hill.
