77-Year-Old Man from The Villages, Florida Arrested in Major Erectile Drugs Scandal: Court Report

  • A 77-year-old man was arrested for intending to sell erectile drugs in his Florida retirement community.
  • The erectile dysfunction drugs were misbranded and obtained illicitly, say prosecutors.
  • He lives in The Villages, a retirement community that is home to nearly 80,000 residents and is nicknamed “Boomer Paradise.”

Reginald Odell Kincer, a 77-year-old man in Florida, was arrested for intending to sell illicitly obtained erectile drugs in a massive retirement community, according to prosecutors.

The Villages, a retirement community in central Florida with nearly 80,000 full-time residents, has gained the nickname “Boomer Paradise.”

The retirement paradise has a reputation for rumors about swingers, high STD rates, and public sex, as reported by The Washington Post.

Federal authorities arrested Kincer for purchasing over $1,800 worth of misbranded erectile dysfunction drugs that he acquired illegally, as reported by ABC News.

It is alleged that he obtained these drugs without a valid prescription, with the intention of selling them to his fellow retirees and others.

According to legal documents obtained by Insider, Kincer has been charged with the receipt of misbranded drugs in interstate commerce. The drugs were considered misbranded due to the absence of a valid prescription, according to federal authorities.

Kincer was arrested last month in The Villages, the well-known retirement community featured in the 2020 documentary “Some Kind of Heaven,” as per The Washington Post.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge. If convicted, he could face up to a year in federal prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

He has agreed to be tried before a magistrate judge instead of a jury, as reported by The Washington Post.
