The base EQE SUV accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds, while the 4Matic version achieves the same speed in 6.2 seconds. The 4Matic model is 335 pounds heavier than its rear-drive counterpart. The EQE SUV offers a range of up to 279 miles.
