For the 2024 model year, there have been some significant changes for the Canadian market. Front-wheel drive has been eliminated altogether, and the Essential trim has also been removed. The lineup now begins with the Preferred trim, which starts at $34,199 and features all-wheel drive. The N-Line trim has also seen a price increase to $40,599 but now comes equipped with a hybrid powertrain. Additionally, the Ultimate trim has a price hike to $43,999. However, the plug-in hybrid option for the Tucson has increased in price by over a thousand dollars to $5,500. The Urban trim has been discontinued, and the Crimson Red paint option has been replaced by Ultimate Red. The 10.25-inch infotainment display is now standard, but wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have been removed. These changes have been confirmed by Hyundai Canada.
