After the meetings in London, President Biden will travel to Vilnius, Lithuania for the 74th NATO summit from July 11 to 12. Following that, he will visit Helsinki, Finland for a U.S.-Nordic leaders summit on the very next day. A spokesperson from 10 Downing Street said, “The prime minister looks forward to welcoming U.S. President Biden in the U.K. later this month. This reflects the strong relationship between the U.K. and U.S. and builds on a series of bilateral visits and meetings earlier this year. We’ll provide further details in due course.”
President Biden and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak have been working to strengthen the alliance between their countries. In early June, they met at the White House and announced a new economic partnership called the Atlantic Declaration.
