Jennifer Lopez has recently sold the lavish mansion she resided in before marrying Ben Affleck. The renowned singer, actress, dancer, and producer, now 54 years old, put up the property for sale in February. She had been on the lookout for a permanent residence with her new husband, Ben Affleck, who is 51. Despite facing a few challenges in their house-hunting journey, they eventually found and purchased a new love nest. Affleck sold his bachelor pad, while Lopez has now sold her former home. They can now happily reside together under one enormous roof.

In close proximity to the Bel-Air Hotel, the gated property boasts a private lake, sandy beach, and outdoor amphitheater with a seating capacity of 100. Additionally, the grounds include a three-sided infinity edge pool, putting green, pagoda, firepit, organic vegetable garden, and private hiking trails. And that’s just the outside! The main residence features a living room with double-height ceilings, multiple fireplaces and bars, a wood-paneled library, 30-seat home theater, massage room, and game room. Affleck and Lopez purchased the property, located at 2571 Wallingford Drive, for approximately $61 million in May. The estate spans 5 acres and includes a 31,000-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms, four family suites, and two service suites. The master suite alone occupies 5,300 square feet. Some familiar amenities for the This Is Me… Now singer include a home theater and a massage room. However, the new property also offers a wine room, whiskey lounge, spa with a hair and nail salon, elevator, and a “stylist area.” The compound features multiple gated entrances and even has a guard house and caretaker’s home. In total, there are 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces. A 5,000-square-foot sports facility, complete with a boxing ring, basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball, and a sports lounge, also sits on the property. The estate boasts a 155-foot-long zero-edge pool, reportedly the largest ever built in Beverly Hills (90210). The original asking price for this megaestate, inspired by Marie Antoinette’s private château, Le Petit Trianon, was $135 million when it first came on the market in 2018. Therefore, the purchase at $61 million can be considered a great deal within the realm of the ultra-wealthy.
Last year, Air director Affleck sold his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad for $28.5 million after moving in with Lopez and blending their families, which include five children. He had resided there since 2018 after his separation from Jennifer Garner.
