RFK Jr. Receives Endorsement from Former Twitter CEO

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has gained attention from past and present Twitter CEOs. Jack Dorsey, the former CEO, endorsed the presidential candidate on Sunday by sharing a video of him claiming he could beat Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis if he won the Democratic nomination, according to Gizmodo. Dorsey tweeted “He can and he will” and when a user asked if he was endorsing the anti-vaccine activist, Dorsey replied “Both.” Elon Musk hosted Kennedy for a Twitter Spaces conversation on Monday, which had an audience of up to 64,000 at one point, as per Reuters. The candidate praised Musk during the conversation and claimed that the US needs to “protect free speech” to sustain democracy. Musk invited Kennedy to speak on Twitter after the candidate reported that his campaign was not allowed to create an Instagram account, according to The Hill. On Sunday, Meta announced that the campaign can create an account and Kennedy’s personal account would also be restored. The pair’s discussion also covered topics such as sealing the US border and COVID-19 being a bioweapon issue, which was reported by the Independent.
