Honoring Senator Dianne Feinstein’s Memory
As President of the United States, I, Joseph R. Biden Jr., hereby order that the United States flag be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and federal naval vessels in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset on the day of interment. This solemn gesture reflects the respect and admiration our nation holds for Senator Dianne Feinstein.
We also extend this directive to all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military installations and naval vessels and stations. The flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same duration, serving as a symbol of remembrance for Senator Feinstein.
