“Faith Healer” challenges the director, cast, and audience with its ambiguity and open-ended interpretations. The characters’ accounts diverge, leaving the audience to navigate the complexities of the narrative. The play poses questions about Frank’s return to Ireland, a place he had avoided during his faith-healing career. His motivations remain unclear, and his encounter with a wheelchair-bound man in an Irish pub further adds to the layers of uncertainty.
