Indoctrination Program: Schools Instilling Fear in Our Children

Standardized test results indicate that our education system is failing to teach children basic reading and math skills. In some cases, high school graduates are unable to read their own diplomas.

However, the schools have been remarkably successful in indoctrinating students with climate change ideology.

When I engage with high school and college students and ask them about the biggest threat to their generation, their answer is not China’s aggression, drug abuse, failed schools, corrupt government, or the erosion of free speech. It is not even the skyrocketing national debt. I always remind them that they will be the ones burdened with this massive debt, not me.

Interestingly, when I ask these students about their greatest concern, the majority of them express fear and anxiety about global warming or “climate change.” We are raising a generation that is heavily influenced by the likes of Greta Thunberg.

WILDFIRES AREN’T GETTING WORSE BECAUSE OF CLIMATE CHANGE. THE REAL CULPRIT WILL SURPRISE YOU

A poll conducted by the Daily Telegraph found that over half of the surveyed teenagers believe that the world may come to an end in their lifetime due to climate change. They are unaware that climate change has been occurring throughout the history of our planet.

They seem to have no knowledge of the ice ages that occurred in the past. The Earth has undergone periods of warming even before the invention of air conditioning, which ironically, climate activists are advocating to eliminate in their efforts to combat warming.

I’m not here to debate the scientific aspects of global warming. What I do know is that it is deemed “settled science” because anyone questioning the so-called “experts” is immediately dismissed as crazy or a quack.

Ironically, the same individuals who warned us about the perils of overpopulation, nuclear winter, mass starvation, energy depletion, global cooling, and pollution leading to the necessity of gas masks in cities, are now asking us to trust them as they build a multitrillion-dollar climate change industrial complex centered around the windmill, our planetary savior.

However, it is morally wrong to frighten our children for political gain. Our students are being subjected to misinformation that is resulting in negative consequences such as increased rates of teenage depression, suicide, decreased productivity, and drug addiction.

Furthermore, we are witnessing a significant decline in birth rates, marking one of the most severe population declines in American history. It comes as no surprise, as who would want to bring children into a world that will supposedly become uninhabitable within 50 years?

Psychologists have identified a new syndrome called “eco-anxiety,” which refers to the fear that Mother Earth will mercilessly punish us in the near future.

The irony is that today’s children and teenagers are inheriting a higher standard of living, a cleaner planet, and access to goods, services, technologies, and medical care that surpass anything experienced by even the wealthiest individuals in history, including kings and queens from just a century ago.

If these young individuals believe climate change is a cause for concern, they should consider the challenges faced by previous generations, such as the bubonic plague that wiped out one-third of Europe’s population, or the battles against polio and tuberculosis. They should try to imagine a world where one had to defend against barbarians or work in coal mines for 60 hours a week.

If my parents were part of the “greatest generation,” who experienced two world wars and a Great Depression, then it wouldn’t be farfetched to label this current generation as psychologically troubled. Are they solely to blame? No, we, as their parents, must accept responsibility.

We are the ones who have allowed the Left to mold our children into anxious proponents of the Green New Deal. They advocate for the destruction of society, the elimination of technology, and regressive measures such as banning cars, flush toilets, and washing machines. What will be the next step in their mission to save the planet? Euthanasia?

This is what happens when we teach our children that they are inheriting not an Earth, but a fiery inferno.
