Galaxy S23 Now Updated to Android 14 in the US
The stable Android 14 (One UI 6.0) update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra is now available in the US for carrier-locked units. The update comes with firmware version S91xUSQUBWK4 and includes the November 2023 security patch. The update is around 3.3GB in size, so we recommend downloading it on a Wi-Fi network. Currently, the update is live on T-Mobile’s network, and other carriers are expected to release it soon.
If you own a Galaxy S23 series phone in the US, you can check for the update by opening the Settings app, navigating to Software update, and tapping Download and install. You can also download the firmware file from our database for manual flashing once it becomes available.
