There’s no better way to celebrate summer than with sizzling grill-marked hot dogs and national Hot Dog Day is finally here.
Wednesday, July 20 marks the day of the Wiener Dog and there are so many places you can grab a bun.
Whether you like to top your frankfurter with relish, cheese, chili, veggies or a medley of bright-colored condiments, the summertime meal is great for any time of day.
The mouthwatering dish even has its own contest held every Fourth of July on Coney Island — held by fast food chain Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog.
Champ Joey Chestnut scored the mustard-hued gold at this year’s competition by scarfing down 63 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

Nathan’s Famous is selling hot dogs for five cents a piece with the purchase of one regular-priced hot dog on July 20 with a limit of two hot dogs per order.
Pretzel dogs are going for just $1 today.
The hot dog chain is celebrating the holiday on a Friday, July 22, despite the holiday being on Wednesday. They will be giving away free hot dogs across all locations between 12 and 4 p.m.
Customers can score a buy one, get one free hot dog or grill item, however, they must download the chain’s myRewards Plus app to redeem the offer.

Chicago-style hot dog kits are on sale for $10 off with online coupon code BGNDEJ. This offer will be valid through July 31.

Sheetz is celebrating National Hot Dog Day by giving two hot dogs away for free with any purchase on the Sheetz app and the offer will be valid through Friday, July 22, 2022, at all Sheetz locations. There is a limit of one per customer.
Grocery stores are also providing eaters with deals, depending on the brand they purchase.
