Apple is allegedly preparing for the launch of the Apple Watch Ultra alongside the iPhone 15 in the upcoming autumn

Apple CEO Tim Cook was recently seen discussing new products at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference. While developers, financial analysts, and some media members are getting their hands on the new Vision Pro headset, Apple also has plans to release updated versions of its current offerings. According to a report from Bloomberg, Apple will stick to its traditional fall launch for the iPhone 15 and will introduce a range of upgrades across its major product lines over the next year.

One of the new products expected to launch is a pair of 24-inch iMacs, with Apple also working on a larger 30-inch iMac. The iPad Pro and iPad Air will receive refreshes, including the addition of OLED screens to the iPad Pro models. Apple Watch enthusiasts can anticipate the release of a new Apple Watch Ultra and two sizes of the next-generation Apple Watch 9. The MacBook Pro will come in 13-inch, 14-inch, and 16-inch variants, all featuring Apple’s new M3 chipset. However, the Vision Pro headset, priced at $3,500, will rely on Apple’s current-generation M2 processor.

In addition to these new offerings, the success of Apple’s Vision Pro headset will be closely watched by consumers and investors. While early hands-on experiences have been positive, some users have reported motion sickness and discomfort due to its weight. Nonetheless, the Vision Pro boasts impressive specifications, including two high-definition screens and custom processors that minimize latency.

According to the Bloomberg report, Apple is expected to expand access to the Vision Pro headset beyond senior engineers and executives. “Select” developers will have the opportunity to try it out starting next month as the company aims to develop the VisionOS ecosystem. Additionally, Apple has already begun working on two new product lines: a second-generation high-end model continuing from the original Vision Pro, and a lower-end version.

Overall, Apple’s roadmap incorporates significant upgrades and releases across multiple product lines, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and maintaining its dominance in the technology market.
