Despite the presence of microtransactions, the game offers an exhilarating driving experience and a diverse sandbox map, making it a must-play for racing enthusiasts.
In our LEGO 2K Drive PS5 review, we gave the game a solid 7/10 rating and concluded, “Whether you’re a LEGO enthusiast, a fan of arcade racing, or both, this game comes with our highest recommendation. However, it’s important to note the aggressive monetization. The tactile open worlds are ripe for exploration, the Story mode is perfectly balanced, and the driving mechanics are incredibly enjoyable.”
On the other hand, PowerWash Simulator has garnered attention for its unexpectedly enjoyable and relaxing gameplay, allowing players to engage in the satisfying activity of cleaning buildings and environments. Updates have incorporated content inspired by SpongeBob Squarepants, Back to the Future, and Final Fantasy VII. As we highlighted, “This is a video game, and once you’ve cleaned something, it goes ‘ding’ and makes you feel really good.”
