  • This energetic Southwest Airlines flight attendant is such an inspiration.
  • An unnamed flight attendant went viral for rapping the inflight instructions, as seen in a passenger’s X post.
  • “Are we ready to go? What do you say? Welcome aboard SWA!” the flight attendant enthusiastically rapped.

A Southwest Airlines flight attendant recently caught attention for their impressive rap skills while delivering announcements on board.

Anne-Marie shared a video on X showcasing the flight attendant’s entertaining performance of the inflight instructions.

With passengers clapping along, the flight attendant rapped, “Go fasten your seat belts, make them nice and tight. You better do ’em good, we’re gonna check if they are right.”

Before ending the announcement, the flight attendant exclaimed, “Are we ready to go? What do you say? Welcome aboard SWA!”

Anne-Marie expressed her enthusiasm for the flight attendant’s performance, stating, “Best morning flight ever. This flight attendant was awesome!”

The specific date of the flight was not mentioned, and Anne-Marie did not respond to Insider’s request for comment outside of regular business hours.

Southwest Airlines responded to Anne-Marie’s X post, requesting her flight confirmation number to convey her compliments to the crew member.

This is not the first time Southwest Airlines has received praise for excellent customer service. A previous passenger commended a flight attendant for their warm goodbyes to disembarking passengers.

Such instances of outstanding customer service contribute greatly to Southwest’s reputation. The airline had been rated as the worst in the US for two consecutive years, according to WalletHub. Additionally, Southwest has received mixed reviews on airline-ranking site Skytrax, with some customers complaining about rude treatment from staff.

Insider reached out to representatives of Southwest Airlines for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
