TORONTO – The Toronto Blue Jays have made a significant signing, adding shortstop Arjun Nimmala to their roster.
The 17-year-old Nimmala was chosen as the 20th overall pick in this year’s Major League Baseball draft.
Nimmala comes from Strawberry Crest High School in Dover, Fla., where he has played for the past four seasons.
